Fly fishing in Kremmling, Colorado is a very popular activity. It offers not only one of the most popular fly fishing sections in the world (the “pumphouse” stretch) but also offers much more water to explore. Another popular stretch of water in this area is the Blue River. This stretch of the Blue played host to the world championship of fly fishing a few years ago and has rainbow trout up to 10lbs cruising the shallow riffles. Smaller waters of the area include the Williams Fork and Muddy Creek (a very clear tailwater) which offer big fish in narrow corridors, just be careful not to spook them!
